Listed as open box, when used for 2+ years. Only 86% battery capacity. Did not come with original accessories, and there are multiple people running this account so I got inconsistent replies to my messages. They only offered a return and no other options to make this right as a return will not let you leave negative feedback. So I overpaid about $150 and will have to pay another $100 to replace the battery. Avoid this seller at all costs.

This buyer purchased an Apple Ipad on Jan 26th. On Feb 3rd this buyer reached out to us stating the item was not as described. Buyer was immediately offered a free return. Buyer did not want to return the item but rather wanted 1/2 of the purchase price as a partial refund. We replied that if they were not satisfied with their order to please initiate a return for a full refund. Buyer decided they did not want to return the item. Buyer must have been satisfied with their order.
