Ipad and Pencil are both in great condition. I recently upgraded to a drawing tablet so I don’t have a need for these anymore. Both items work great, the ipad has a slight warp in it but does not affect it's performance. The Apple Pencil is missing the end cap that hides the charging plug. I’m going to include the case that i’ve had on the ipad as well for free. CHARGER NOT INCLUDED. Uses standard apple lightning cable
